By agreeing with "Acceptance of the Terms of Repurchase and Processing of Personal Data" and sending / submitting this Repurchase Form, I grant the Kremnica Mint s.p, based in Štefánikovo námestie 25/24, 967 01 Kremnica, in accordance with §11 of Act no.122/2013 about the protection of personal data, the agreement to process the above mentioned data for the purposes of this trade and accepting the Purchase Terms and Conditions.
